Good Wednesday morning to everyone! This is my first post on the first day of my first blog!
You can read more about me in the “About me…” section, but I will be blogging about my fitness and nutrition experiences, in hope that it holds me much more accountable. I was a little unprepared this morning to start so don’t have a camera along at work to start showing my meals, but I will just tell you
I’m trying different things in the morning to see what holds me over the longest, satisfies my belly and my mind throughout the morning. We’ll see how this one does!
At about 8:00 am when I got to work, I had my homemade LF Soy Iced Vanilla Latte! YUMMO! (More about the HOMEMADE latte later!) It was 1 point (60 calories) and satisfied me until 10:00 am.
At 10:00 am I had a new Instant Oatmeal packet I tried – It’s Uncle Sam’s brand Whole Grain Oatmeal with Flax. It was tasty! I made it with water, mushed up banana, and dried cranberries. Very good and only 4 points! (230 calories)
Breakfast Total: 5 points / 290 calories
See you for lunch….again, no camera but can’t wait to TELL you all about it!
