Satiety….finally!

Kelly T was right!!!! 

I was so excited this morning because I finally remembered to grab my PB and almonds this morning for my oatmeal once I got to work!  Then, I almost cried because I forgot my banana!!!  Finally I have bananas, and then I forget to bring it!  :(  But, my morning had to go on so instead, I did it without banana.  1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk, 1/2 cup water, cinnamon, and flax and almonds on top.  Also a spoonfull of PB.  It was good - not GREAT (without banana, how could it be???) but it was good.  The best part?  It filled me up for 4 hours!

I worked 8-5 today because someone needed to switch with me, so to stay on my routine of waking up earlier, I decided to get up at the same time and go for a walk/run with Baylee!  We got about a 50 minute workout in and I tuckered her out so she’d behave while I got ready.  It was great!  And although it’s still freezing and there’s snow on the ground, the sun was out and it was actually enjoyable!  I even had to take off my gloves because I got warm!!!

Now because of my morning workout, I’m happy to say I can skip the gym tonight!
