Okay, so I’m basically so excited right now that I can’t even think straight!! I am possibly going to the Britney Spears concert in April, in Minneapolis!!! AND, the Pussycat Dolls are opening for them!!! I LOOOVE both and have always wanted to see both in concert! Minneapolis is about 4 hours away from me, BUT, my BFF/freshman college roomy, lives halfway in between. So, ideally she would come along and then we can make a weekend out of it! Chad is refusing to go because he’s being a poop head, but I’m trying to convince him by swearing that my friend’s boyfriend will also come. Plus, being that there will be tons of HOT CHICKS singing and dancing and wearing next to nothing up on stage, I honestly have no idea why he’s having an issue with going! GEEZ! Don’t you all think he should come along?????????
Whew, now I’m all flustered!! I emailed my friend a half hour ago and she still hasn’t written back and I can’t stand the suspense!!!
To keep myself occupied and distracted, I will tell you all about my eats yesterday!! My eats early in the day were VERY low point and I did that for a reason. I picked things that were really low WW point, yet satiating because we had an event for Chad’s work last night that I knew would have a ton of food. I wanted to save up as many points as I could so I could enjoy myself!!
BREAKFAST – 2 WW POINTS
You guessed it!!!! A microwave omelet on an English Muffin!
I promise I don’t eat these every day, but for 2 points, how could I go wrong? I just used 3 egg whites (1 WW Point) and a light English Muffin (1 WW Point) and topped it with lot’s of Frank’s hot sauce…..I’m starting to become seriously addicted to this stuff!

LUNCH – 4 WW POINTS
Again I tried to find something that was really low in WW points, but that would still keep me satisfied so that I didn’t go to the even starving!! I had a Gardenburger (1 WW Point) on top of light bread (2 slices for 1 WW Point). Sides of course were carrots and a pickle.

Then came this baby!!!

I actually bought this by mistake!!! So yesterday when I went in my cupboard, I was actually happy because I’ve been wanting to try Split Pea Soup for awhile now! I don’t think I’ve ever had it before so I’ve always been curious! This guy was SOOO healthy! All natural ingredients, vegan, gluten free, you name it!!! And it only had 140 calories, 1 or 2 grams of fat, and 6 grams of Fiber!!! I knew he’d fill me right up! Here’s what it looked like after adding water and heating:

Verdict? SOOOOOO good! At first I loved it, then it was disgusting, but after the 3rd bite I was HOOKED! I really did love it. And boy was it filling! This wonderful lunch kept me full until the meeting at 5:30!
SNACK – 1 WW POINT
Just to ensure my hunger would remain at bay, I had this puppy around 4pm.

SUPPER – ?? 30 WW POINTS ??
Let me explain
This is an estimation…..We ate at a Hudson’s grill, which is a chain, but has no nutritional information on it that I could find. So I looked up the same items at similar restaurants and that’s what I came up with so it’s just a very rough guess. They had a buffet and everything looked (and WAS) amazing!!!! They had all of my favorites!

And that was my day! I also did get up early and go on the treadmill for 20 minutes and do a round of weights with my dumbbells and resistance bands!
WORKOUT = 2 WW POINTS (this is a guess, but I worked out for about 30 minutes)
There you have it!!! Time for me to get back to work…..it’s ALMOST the weekend!! YAY
