I know, I know…..another busy night for us. Ugh. Yes, I am currently “relaxing” (if you call relaxing doing dishes, cooking, doing laundry, and eating dessert getting ready for bed) while watching Biggest Loser. But after work we had yet ANOTHER event for Chad’s work so I didn’t get home until 7 and still had to make & eat supper.
Needless to say, this is going to be short and sweet.
AM WORKOUT
Today was my non-running day and I debated last night what to do. I have a ton of cardio dvd’s but all the cases are empty!!!!!! WTF? Where would they have gone?? Instead I decided to hop on the treadmill and walk a mile (15 minutes) and then do Wii Fit for 40 minutes (hula hooping, running in place, and yoga).
Note to self: Locate missing dvd’s this weekend.
BREAKFAST
I had made apple crockpot oats yesterday so this was the leftovers. YUM, I think this is probably my absolute favorite crock pot combo!

This was:
- 2/3 cup oats
- 2/3 cup water + a few Tbsp
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 peeled, diced, and cored apple
Thrown in a sprayed crockpot and put on low all night.
Added in this morning: WHEATBERRIES! (it’s been too long since I’ve had these), and some skim milk on top.
SNACK
I think this gorgeous salad and HB egg speak for themselves.

LUNCH
Lunch was some leftover Jambalaya and a toasted English Muffin. Gosh, I LOVE this combo! I need to make more of this ASAP!!

SNACK #1
Time to dig out the fruit and veggies for the MBBC challenge!!!

SNACK #2
They were serving up a bunch of goodies at the event we had tonight after work, but look how good I did!!!!!!

MORE VEGGIES!!!! Plus 1/5th of a soft pretzel with just a dab of nacho cheese – SO worth it!
SUPPER
Since I was pretty hungry when I got home and needed to get in the living room for the Biggest Loser, I heated up something quick, but still delicious and healthy: a Boca Chicken Patty and a sweet potato made in the microwave (topped with spray butter and cinnamon and a dash of SF syrup).

DESSERT
My sweet tooth jumped into overdrive and I consumed this plate in about 3 seconds flat.

- 2 halves of graham crackers topped with Dark Chocolate PB and FF Cool Whip
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Trail Mix
TOTAL CALORIES TODAY: 1,630
I guess I didn’t need 2 desserts, did I??

Yum- dessert is the best meal of the day- I say two are ok every once in a while!
We have missing cds and DVDs in our house too. I swear the girls think they are frisbees or something.
