Ah…..this week has draaaaaaaged 😦 I am SO happy that today is Friday! Even better? We have lots of fun plans this weekend!
Tonight we finally have the last of our Christmas parties! This one is at Chad’s boss’ house and all of the outside sales reps (aka a lot of fun peeps!) come! I’m pumped! Then tomorrow we have a birthday party for our nephew, Jorey, who turns the big 3! On Sunday the big football playoffs are on so we’re having some cool peeps over for that and making a good ‘ole pot of chili! YAY!
AND……….we are supposed to hit 30* next week! I finally don’t have to put a “-” in front of it 🙂 Yes, 30* ABOVE zero! I’ll probably be walking outside naked actually because it’ll feel so warm compared to the temps we are currently having 🙂 I know, now everyone will want to be my neighbor to witness it! LOL
Sorry this is going to be relatively short. I have to skip lunch today so I can leave early and head to the Christmas bash!!!

I wanted to re-create my french toast waffles from last weekend but frying up waffles at work actually isn’t an option! So I did the next best thing and toasted waffles, then topped them with a ripe mashed up banana, and a drizzle of SF maple syrup. So freakin’ good!

Seriously guys, I am addicted to this soup!!! I can’t wait to be able to go to the grocery store to get more!!!!

I feel like all my meals have been repeats lately but I PROMISE to mix things up soon! I’ll be glancing at recipes this weekend and brainstorming up new things!!! Imust say though, all my repeat things are delish and that’s why I keep going back for more 🙂 Supper was Tilapia coated with breadcrumbs and baked, Mashed sweet potatoes (YUM), and peas. Look at these beauties!!

And a lovely side salad topped with cucumbers, mushroom, shrimpies, and green pepper. Topped with LF Ranch. I was definitely a little heavy on the green veggies today with peas, the salad, and salad toppings 😉

WORKOUT
My workout yesterday kicked my butt!!! I did my Couch to 5k program and it was the first time I had to run 2 whole miles! I was pooped!
When Baylee’s friend, Marlo, came over the other night, Baylee and Marlo exchanged Christmas gifts! 🙂 Marlo gave Baylee this awesome stuffed bunny who is now Baylee’s best friend. She carries it with her everywhere and anytime she lays down, she sets down Bunny first and then lays down by him. ADORABLE!
